Imagine living at a beach
resort and getting all the rich food and drink that you wanted.
Would you leave? If you have created a resort
for parasites, they are not going to be interested in leaving any
time soon. But once you stop feeding them and start an
anti-parasitic, cleansing diet, you can be assured that these
unwanted guests will soon get the message and leave!
While trying to
eliminate candida or other parasites, it is important to know
which foods feed parasites and weaken the immune system and which
foods feed only you and strengthen your immune system. It
is best to stop eating sugars and starchy foods in every form and
increase the consumption of non-starchy vegetables and protein.
(Below is a general recommendation of foods to avoid and foods
that may be allowed. This is based on recommendations for
overcoming candida overgrowth, a yeast-based parasite. Diet
may be adapted if dealing with other forms of parasites in the
body.) It is imperative to eat only when you are actually
hungry and not to overeat. For better digestion,
also include Plant Enzymes
when you eat cooked foods.
BUILD UP IMMUNITY
by avoiding foods you are allergic to and taking an echinacea-based formula
recommended to stimulate immune activity.
Include PROBIOTICS,
taken in capsule, this new extremely strong but safe fromula from Japan can assist the building
up of beneficial bacteria in the intestinal tract, to aid immune
activity in the bowel and to help rebuild the bowel wall. As this probiotic populates your bowels it makes
it harder for candida to easily take over.
It is best to CLEANSE THE COLON and make sure bowels are open and functioning
well before taking any product that will actually kill the
parasites. Otherwise a toxic build-up will occur and
re-absorption back into the bloodstream may occur before the
colon is able to eliminate the excess die-off. This

Cleansing may also bring
to the surface, like a cleansing reaction, conscious and

Alcohol, soda pop, diet
drinks, MSG, citric acid, junk food in general, refined sugary
cereals, beef, pork, mushrooms, peanuts, distilled vinegar, nuts
and nut butters (except raw almonds, which are alkaline)
Avoid greasy fried foods,
starchy grains with high *gluten content, legumes and beans (if
poor digestion), oils if not on allowed list, most salad
dressings, bakers and brewers yeast., sweet sprouts,
including wheat grass.
Avoid sweet
vegetables during the initial worm out phase of the
diet, including beets, parsnips, sweet potatoes and yams; also
avocado, tomatoes (overuse), eggplant, green bell peppers and
brown skin potatoes (too high in gluten).
*FOODS WITH
HIGH GLUTEN: Breads, flour products, grains and pastas
(All create too much gluten in the body which in turn creates
natural sugars that again, feed the parasites.)

Worms and
Parasitic Infections
Parasites refer to organisms and worms that invade and feed off
host organisms, often causing harm. Though most believe it is
only a problem in 3rd world countries, evidence shows
contamination occurs not only through unsanitary conditions,
inadequately cooked meats and animal contact, but also through
air, water, fruits, vegetables and soil. They can deplete the
body of essential nutrients, taxing the immune system and
contribute to a variety of illnesses and diseases.
h In A Cure For All Cancers, by Dr. Hulda R. Clark,
she states that through her studies she found all cancers linked
to a single parasite. She believes that by getting rid of this
parasite, cancer can be stopped and tissue will return to a
normal state.
h Pinworms, the most common parasitic infection in North America,
can be contracted by handling pets, wearing clothes or sleeping
in the bed of an infected person, or through an infected food
handler. Symptoms include depression, anorexia and insomnia.
Complications occur more often in women, as the worms have been
found in the vagina, uterus and fallopian tubes.
h The female roundworm can produce up to 200,000 eggs daily,
causing an infected person to carry hundreds, perhaps thousands
of roundworm in the body. Roundworms have been linked to
anorexia.
h Microscopic parasites can get into joints and eat the calcium
linings of the bone, causing painful arthritis.
h Tiny parasites can eat the myelin sheath on the nerves and
cause disruption of nerve signals from the brain.
h Candida albicans is a yeast or fungus type organism that under
normal conditions is present on inner and outer body surfaces.
But as an opportunistic organism, it takes advantage of any
weakness in our system. Feeding off sugars, the rapid overgrowth
has been found to effect the body system in many adverse ways. As
yeast multiplies, it produces toxic waste which circulates in the
body and further weakens the immune and endocrine systems.
Candida overgrowth has been linked to food allergies, digestive

Lyle Bennett explains that only in recent history has mankind
been exposed to such high concentrations of sugars and refined
foods making the body a nesting ground for parasites. He uses the
analogy of our body as a comfortable home where the visitors are
fed sweets and snacks. The visitors take this as a signal to make
our body a nesting ground.
By introducing to our unwanted guests bitters and herbs with a
restricted diet for the cleansing period we can signal them to

Ive done a lot of years of study and graduated as a
Certified Natural Health Professional. When I teach people I say
Right now, today, is the day to put good food in your body.
You are responsible for your own life- no one else is. Your body
becomes a monitor. You put into your mouth what you want to put
into it, so what is your retirement going to be? In my own family
we work with parasites all the time. You get them everywhere- out

Because they have dogs and cats and live on the farm, I suggest

Before he had his problem he lived on a farm and picked up
parasites from animals. He was getting up in the middle of the
